Our Alfajores are always made-to-order using the highest quality of raw ingredients including cage-free eggs, non-GMO flours and pure Vanilla extracts imported from Mexico and Madagascar. We strongly believe that the quality of the ingredients will ultimately have an effect on the overall flavor of a product. We want to give our customers the best Alfajor they’ve ever eaten. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that experiences and cookies are meant to be shared.

Our Story


Nicole and Alejandra have been baking for as long as they can remember. It is their passion and life’s dedication to share with the world the delectable sweets of their childhood. Born and raised in a tropical country of El Salvador to a chef mother and a father who manufactured restaurant equipment, they grew up surrounded by family, exotic fruits, delicious sweets, and the aroma of freshly baked Alfajor cookies.

One day, while going through some books they came across an old family recipe book; full of handwritten recipes, passed down from their grandmother. It was on this day, from the first time they baked the Alfajor, that it was love at first bite. With every batch they baked, they continued improving their baking methods, quality of ingredients and the presentation of their Alfajores to where they are today.
